1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the gamezome platform — including but not limited to the website at gamezome.vip, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all gaming services offered therein — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with gamezome's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gamezome platform and must not register an account. gamezome reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on gamezome, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing gamezome from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of gamezome or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from gamezome or any other online gaming platform for violations of terms of service, fraud, or problem gambling self-exclusion.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.

gamezome reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by gamezome may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may register only one (1) gamezome account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gamezome account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. gamezome will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify gamezome immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• gamezome accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.
• gamezome reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is in violation of these Terms.
• All transactions conducted through your gamezome account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — are your sole responsibility until you notify gamezome of the compromise.
• gamezome may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gamezome are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). gamezome supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• GCash – Instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours.
• PayMaya / Maya – Instant deposits via Maya account or Maya debit card; withdrawals processed within 30 minutes.
• Bank Transfer – Supported banks include BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Processing times vary by bank, typically same business day.
• Debit Card – Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the gamezome account. gamezome reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your gamezome account dashboard.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gamezome offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your gamezome account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x), which must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not claimed within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• gamezome reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• gamezome reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the gamezome platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All games on gamezome use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action beyond the rules of the game.
• gamezome is not responsible for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from disconnection, device failure, or internet outage on the player's side. Where a game session is interrupted, gamezome's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. gamezome reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Any malfunction of a game voids all pays and plays for that round. gamezome will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gamezome platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with gamezome games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the gamezome platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with gamezome's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gamezome staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

gamezome is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the gamezome platform per session or per day.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your gamezome account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

gamezome collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a gamezome account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gamezome implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and gamezome cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gamezome platform — including but not limited to the gamezome name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gamezome or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gamezome platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any gamezome content without prior written authorisation from gamezome.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gamezome, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gamezome platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

gamezome's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gamezome account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gamezome does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your gamezome account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

gamezome reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• At gamezome's sole discretion, for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, gamezome reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gamezome platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms

gamezome reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gamezome will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the gamezome platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gamezome platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
